At MegaFlowHub, we take your privacy seriously.
This policy explains how we collect, use, and
protect your personal information when you interact
with our financial model building services. We're
based in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia, and comply with
the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA).
Information We Collect
Personal Information You Provide
When you sign up for our learning programs or
request information, we collect details like your
name, email address, phone number, and company
information. Sometimes you'll share professional
background details with us too — things like your
current role or industry experience. This helps us
tailor our programs to fit what you actually need.
Technical Data
Our website automatically collects certain
information about your device and how you browse.
This includes your IP address, browser type,
operating system, and which pages you visit. We use
this to understand how people navigate our site and
where we can make improvements.
Financial Information
If you purchase a course or subscribe to our
services, we'll need payment details. But here's
the thing — we don't actually store your credit
card information on our servers. Payment processing
happens through secure third-party providers who
specialize in keeping that data safe.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect for several
practical reasons:
- Delivering the learning programs and services
you've signed up for
- Sending you course materials, updates, and
important announcements
- Processing payments and maintaining accurate
transaction records
- Responding to your questions and providing
support when you need it
- Improving our website functionality and
educational content based on usage patterns
- Sending occasional marketing communications
about new programs (you can opt out anytime)
- Meeting legal obligations under Malaysian law,
including PDPA requirements
Important
Note: We will never sell your personal
information to third parties. Your data stays
with us unless we have a legitimate business
reason to share it (like working with service
providers) or you give us explicit permission.
Data Storage and Security
Where We Keep Your Data
Your personal information is stored on secure
servers located in Malaysia and Singapore. We chose
these locations specifically for reliability and to
comply with regional data protection standards. All
data is encrypted both during transmission and when
stored.
Security Measures
We've implemented multiple layers of security to
protect your information. This includes SSL
encryption for all data transfers, regular security
audits, restricted access to personal data (only
authorized staff can view it), and automated backup
systems. Our team receives ongoing training about
data protection best practices.
That said — and I'll be straight with you here — no
online system is 100% bulletproof. While we do
everything reasonably possible to protect your
data, we can't guarantee absolute security. If we
ever detect a data breach that affects your
information, we'll notify you within 72 hours as
required by PDPA.

Malaysian data protection law gives you several
rights regarding your personal information. Here's
what you can do:
Access Your Data
You can request a copy of all personal information
we hold about you. We'll provide this within 21
days of your request, usually in a PDF or CSV
format that's easy to review.

If any of your personal details are wrong or
outdated, just let us know and we'll update our
records. You can do this through your account
settings or by emailing us directly.
Withdraw Consent
You can withdraw your consent for us to process
your data at any time. Keep in mind that this might
affect our ability to provide certain services to
you — like if you're enrolled in an ongoing
program.
Request Deletion
You have the right to ask us to delete your
personal information. We'll honor this request
unless we have a legal obligation to keep certain
records (like financial transaction data for tax
purposes).
Object to Processing
If you believe we're using your data
inappropriately, you can object to specific types
of processing. This is particularly relevant for
marketing communications — you can opt out anytime
by clicking the unsubscribe link in our emails.

Include your full name and the email address
associated with your account. We'll respond
within 14 business days.
